Responsible for SWM and ERP Permitting in Lee, Collier, Hendry, Glades and Charlotte Counties. Coordinated and managed approximately 200 active applications at any given time.

Reorganized review staff into teams consisting of an engineer and biologist which improved the efficiency and reduced the time of the reviews. (This model has since been adopted by headquarters.)

Reviewed and approved water quality calculations and stormwater modeling results for large complicated projects.

Assisted consultants with methodology for the determination of floodplain encroachment and compensating storage.

Coordinated with other governmental entities to ensure project design consistency between agencies.
